Returns Policy
We offer a full money back guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. All that we ask is that you return the goods to us unused within 7 days from receipt and we will refund your money in full (excluding postage).
If you do have an issue you should contact us immediately so that we may attempt to resolve the problem. Either call +44 (0)1707 649758 or email us at assistance@orphanbears.com. We do endeavour to respond to issues promptly and within five working days.
In the case of faulty goods being delivered we ask that customers contact us immediately by email or telephone. We will replace faulty goods and return postage costs incurred will be refunded in addition to the provision of replacement goods or refund of original costs including postage.
