The Bears
Pops is the head of the family at The Teddy Bear Orphanage.
Although he’s very gentle with the orphans, when he’s angry his character changes and he becomes a fierce protector of all the bears in his care. He is loyal to Mummy Bear (Bessie), and always backs her decisions. Being very wise, he’s very good at spotting which humans are kind enough to adopt a bear.
Pops is a very quiet bear, but he is a wonderful story teller, which is put to great use each evening. When there is an argument at The Teddy Bear Orphanage, it’s Pops who has the final word.
Pops’ favourite saying is, “hmm, hmm, well I never.”
